In Praise of Music is a unique resource of professional music performers and educators based in Augusta, Georgia, and the Southeastern United States.

All musicians are professional musicians from the Lyra Vivace Chamber Orchestra, an ensemble of In Praise of Music, unless noted otherwise.

Of the Father’s Love Begotten – Festive Music for Brass, Organ and Percussion

For centuries, the sounds of brass and organ have been associated with important events and celebrations. In that tradition, The Crescent Brass, along with organist José Reyes-Ortiz, will present a concert of Christmas favorites.
